I love how diverse Alice's books are. I went through so many emotions reading this but i loved it. I sped through the last half of the book in one sitting I just couldn't wait. I loved how it included online friends, anxiety, trans and queer people, and different ethnicities, cultures and religions :). It changed my life, the idea of how the boy doesn't understand how people love him because they have never met has changed my whole perspective.

I feel like this book was written to a person like me. I am a fan of tons of bands and actors and so much more. I saw myself in Angel, Jimmy, Lister, Rowan, Bliss and Julie. I fell in love with the characters, they seemed real to me. I laugh with and at them, I even felt like yelling at them at times(Mac and Rowan...). I cried 'cause some of them reminded me of some of my favourite musicians(Lister) which has gone though a lot. I saw myself with Jimmy in the anxiety he is feeling. I saw myself in Angel because I am just like her in as a fan. Bliss is just a god, and she will forever be. Julie is just amazing!

I couldn't put the book down, I thought about it all the time and I probably will for a long long time. I don't think I have read a book this fast in my life, which says something. I love this book so much.

Alice Oseman books always destroy me in the last third but in a good way. I really liked how the storylines connected not just actively but also how the problems and solutions for the main characters were mirroring each other. All around lovable characters.
