I think I've would totally loved it if I'd read it a couple years ago. It goes for the "outsider" teenagers, and those would really appreciate it. It's still really lovable, if it wasn't for that "epilogue", I would rate it with 4 stars. I'm gonna miss Charlie~

Bom, consegui ver e entender melhor o porquê disso, já que hoje posso dizer que me identifiquei com Charlie em alguns aspectos, sobre dúvidas, socialização, amizades, solidão e algumas outras coisinhas. Recomendo a obra para quem gostar de ler obras em formato de cartas e que queiram talvez repensar experiências pessoas do início da adolescência.

I LOVED this book. It got me sobbing. I've never read something that made me feel so seen (i think that's the best way to describe it). Charlie is one of the most relatable characters ever. This book made me feel SO understood, I loved it and i'm totally going to read it again.
2nd read: once again, i loved this book. i didn't cry as much this time, but i feel like i connected more with the characters. as i'm writing this, i'm less than twenty days away from starting high school. now i get charlie even more than i did the first time. i still have never felt so seen by a book.
