adventurous dark emotional tense medium-paced

I really enjoyed the first book in this series and I’m definitely always a little bit weary when going into a second book…It can either make it or break it for me. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but it was absolutely perfect in every way possible and even better than the first book in my opinion.

I could not put this down, especially when it came to Wren’s chapters; I was absolutely flying through those and couldn’t get enough.

Let me just tell you that I was kicking my feet and giggling over a cruel king…

I am so ready to jump straight into the final book, and can’t wait to see how the series will all wrap up!

This one took more time to get to the good stuff - without spoiling the first book the girls now are tasked with helping them Eana with some unexpected trials along the way!

I really got gripped towards the end and I can’t wait for the final!

I feel like we just repeated the first novel, but with more sisterly care. I was kind of hoping for more to be honest, but I’ll take what I can get. Book 3?
