TRIGGER WARNING: This book contained graphic SA. I do not recommend this novel to anyone who would be triggered by SA on any scale.

I rated this book 4/5 simply because it was a bit too graphic for me. The writing was fantastic. Karen Slaughter does an excellent job utilizing descriptions to bring the book to life. However, because of the nature of the book, it was a little bit too much to read at times.
