Just, wow! What a stunning series and beautiful close to the trilogy. I am in awe of how carefully and intricately woven this story was, and it inspires me to find hope where it feels impossible. Thank you Nnedi Okorafor!

one of my current sci fi favourites. I feel that somehow this author is able to set aside many ingrained ideas of life in order to open up reality to wider ideas. The combinations of traditions with innovations are so life affirming.
I tend to fixate on small irregularities/errors in any book(that most people would not notice and perhaps which the author might disagree as an error) and find it difficult to shake them 0ff - the incorrect use of the saying "blood is thicker than water" (the author uses it in the way it is used commonly - which is the opposite meaning to the original saying - "the blood of the sword is thicker than the water of the womb").
Despite this I loved this book and trilogy!

A nearly perfect end to the series. I'm hoping to learn more about Binti, actually. I did have one issue with the ending, but it didn't ruin the story at all. Loved her character and the rich details and story.
