So good. I'm going to refer to it forever.
Seriously though, I can relate to almost 100% of what is in this book (like, 95% at least) and I want to make it work!
It took me a long time to read because growing as a person and learning to cope is scary for me, but I'm excited about what Barry shared!

It was closer to a 3 for me but I bumped it up to 4 stars because I think this would be extremely valuable for someone with high anxiety, panic attacks or phobia. I did think the first few chapters and his formula were extremely helpful and his writing voice was good but I just didn't think the rest of the chapters applied to me as much and were sometimes repetitive.
Practical and compassionate approach and is enriched with the authors own experiences with anxiety/panic attacks.
I found this book to be heavy on the practical lessons and far too light on the mental aspects of anxiety.
