Really helpful to understand anxiety and great tips and insights to try and rid of it. Realistic and relatable

Okay but a lot of fluff

The technique itself can be useful I think but the book has a lot of fluff (in my opinion). I think this is the kind of thing that's best as a blog post rather than a whole book. I'd suggest skipping around and read the sections that appeal/apply to you, which is what I did.

مفید بود.حقیقتا مفید بود ولی متاسفانه اکثر قسمت‌هاش تکرار حرف‌های چند صفحه‌ی قبل بود و خوندنش رو کمی سخت می‌کرد.
می‌خواستم این کتاب رو ترجمه کنم که متوجه شدم ترجمه‌ای ازش موجوده.اگر انگلیسی براتون سخته می‌تونید نسخه‌ی فارسی رو بخونید.

Couldn’t recommend this book enough for anyone who struggles with anxiety and/or panic attacks. Barry puts it plain and simple and explains in a way that’s easy for any reader to understand. Can’t wait to start implementing these strategies in my life!
