Tenía muchas ganas de leer esta autora, y estos libros no los he parado de ver en Tik Tok. Este libro me lo leí en un día, super mega dulce, con su buena dosis de spicy, me ha encanto. Desde el principio viendo que es un matrimonio arreglado y tienen que hacer por entender sus culturas, es muy bonito ver como se van conociendo y adaptando, sobre todo con el tema de la agricultura que para el mundo de él es algo muy ofensivo y ella viene de un planeta basado en la agricultura. Libro recomendadísimo sobre todo si quieres algo ligero y dulce que leer y te gusta los aliens.

Susan is third in line to take over for her family's farming land....too bad she will never be seen as a viable option. With her 25th birthday looming, she faces the crisis of being kicked off the land and getting an undesirable job...or get hitched to a stranger. She chose door number two, and now she will marry a lizard man facing hard times in his world.
I was pretty skeptical when I picked this book up, but I thought, why not? I'm glad I did because, while a little on the short side, it was packed full of some really sweet romance. The relationship that these two build is so inspiring because they are different species who know basically nothing about one another but they put in the effort to find out. Both have the determination to communicate, compromise, and help each other flourish. It truly was beautiful. The only things I was disappointed about was first off the cover. That's a rough one. Next were some obvious typos that kinda pulled me from the story. The last one is that some of the big relationship development like revealing feelings doesn't really happen in the book until the epilogue and that was a little disappointing, but I could see that the feelings were still there. This was a quick and fun read with a bit of spice thrown in there. I definitely recommend!

Listen I downloaded this book on a whim... I didn't expect to 1. Love this book as much as I did 2. Fall for Olix. 3. Did not expect to buy all 5 books as soon as I finished reading this because I had to own it.
We start the story of meeting Susan, who is a third daughter and has decided to sign up for intergalactic arranged marriages as there is not much for her one her homeland. We meet Olix, who is the clan leader who is desperate to ensure his peoples survival.
oh... my... literally from the start we get awkwardness and confusion and acceptance and Susan willing to learn about her new home and people. We get a grave error made during the mating ceremony and an awkward first night, but it does get better, BOY does it so much better. I love how adorable Olix is when figuring out human females and how different they are to his own. He is such a huge teddy bear in a reptilian predator and his attention and adoration of Susan is so heartwarming. This books even gives you such a background on the Andturians and their reluctancy and background when dealing with farming.
This book is everything and I will recommend it to everyone. This is such a cute book and love story and please, PLEASE, Olix is EVERYTHING

Surprisingly good! I went into it for the weird monster sex and stayed for the intergalactic political/cultural/economic drama.

I picked this up because the title and premise made me laugh but it actually turned out to be a cute love story (with some lady-lizard sexy times thrown in). I actually liked it a lot.
