3* for personal enjoyment, 4.5 for well delivered information. My takeaway is that I should do more yoga and all kids should do theater classes/programs.

Ughhhh this took forever to get through. There was so much show and barely any tell. I wish the author would have incorporated intervention strategies instead of just talking about his patients. The book dragged on until the last couple of chapters when it felt like he started to go more in depth with his interventions with patients

feel up n down about this? some very good reflections and i think i learned a lot, but also not a massive fan of some of the language used here nor the direction this book swayed. a lot of implicit bias seeped through i think.
there is value in this read but you should come in (and out) critical.
i found it felt a bit repetitive at times — for sure could have been tightened up a bit!
