This was a very helpful and educating book!! Personally, i've done some years of therapy in the past, so i knew some things that were said in this book, but i still learned some new things, were reminded of some others, and were given some tips and ideas about journaling my feelings, my anxiety and techniques that help me! Definitely recommend it, not only for people with anxiety disorder but generally for those that have a hard/unpleasant time with their stress and want to find effective and healthy ways to cope
