I’m sure this is an unpopular opinion, but I thought this book was a little sad. Funny to be sure, but I felt sad that Margaret didn’t have anyone in her life that she felt she could talk to about things in a hard stage of life or any good influences for the faith she obviously desired to go deeper in. If you don’t get too down in the weeds about it, it was cute, just not as lighthearted as I thought it would be!
It was a short read. Cute coming of age story. Not much to say because I felt mostly neutral about the whole story.
