This is such a comforting and cozy read. It gets off to a rocky start but once you get past the first chapter or two it's so heartwarming.

This was a charming little read.

I honestly don't have much to say about this one. It was cozy and comfortable, but nothing mind-blowing and also nothing bad either. A middle of the ground book about a butler caring for an elderly man suffering from memory loss. Though it's not from natural causes.

Good, enjoyable read. A bit predictable in some places, a bit anticlimactic in others, but overall a nice, feel-good read.

This was unlike a lot of books I've read recently, so it feels pretty unusual. There's no romance whatsoever (one character appears to roll for seduction and just barely avoid getting a critical failure, and then never bothers trying again, which was weird). Despite having a wizard character, not much time is spent on the magic - you never really find out the limits of what the wizard or his colleagues can do. I did really like the two main characters, though, and their growing companionship was great. I liked Mulligan and how he grew to really like buttling, and found fulfillment in it.
