Things I loved: An end I really didn't see coming (especially thanks to Kindle's jumbled up format of this particular book where the crux of the plot was in the epilogue and I was left seriously scratching my head before I found it as to why this book was so highly rated on Goodreads), and, as always, Agatha Christie's distinct writing style that's subtle but suspenseful.

Things that irked me: Way too many characters and backstories that I absolutely didn't need, and honestly, didn't read. It was important to the storyline, but I think it's kind of sufficient to know that they're there, if that makes sense. Almost like it needs to be in the book but is not expected to actually be read.

A fun quick read!

Typical Christie - fantastic story with a fab twist at the end. The 80th anniversary edition is also a beautiful book.
