3.5; it was good, but I almost feel like there was something missing. I feel like Nick and Sage could’ve had a slower burn tbh and that would’ve kept me more interested bc there would’ve been two slow burns instead of one

Look, everyone knows I absolutely love K.L. Walther's books. Like, the vibes are just immaculate. And this one was another banger. I loved the two romances and the best friend's brother trope. All of the characters were amazing (I think my favourite is Luke) and K.L. Walther did a fantastic job with the tension and heartbreak. It was very slow at times, and not one of my favourites by her, but I was reading for the story and vibes, which delivered. Go read this if you love TSOBR.
