If you're into rape, toxic men, and sadistic sex, maybe you'd like this one. But, it got too dark for me. I hit my limit when she really didn't want this and he got to be too much.

EPIC— this book had me by the throat from page one! What a rollercoaster of crazy… and I’m freaking here for it!!
I loved the story. Loved that it was fresh and different, and I LOVED that it pushed boundaries and gave me a high flying kick to the face while shooting me out of my comfort zone.
This book isn’t for the faint of heart.
The trigger warnings are there for a reason— this book is heavy on the unhinged. The red flags are so bright they can be seen from space. You will question your sanity once you get to the end and realise the level of absolute unhinged chaos you’ve just consumed—
But… Grab me some grippy socks and throw me in a padded room, because batshit crazy has never sucked me in so deep!

Parts of this book and its level of mayhem are going to live rent free in my head for a long time.

It was well written, and the smut was fun, but the characters were kinda meh to me. The FMC just has things happening to her and she quickly gives up on trying to get out of the situation. And then in the end he just forgives the MMC really quickly. The MMC was more interesting, but he couldn’t save it for me.
I wish with the two endings they were more different from each other. I ended up reading both, and both were weak compared to the rest of the story for me. I think it would have been a whole lot better if the author didn’t have a lot of the same dialog for each endings.
I’m not mad that I read this, and for the most part I enjoyed it. The author’s writing just isn’t for me at the end of the day.
