This was one of those books with
unforgettable side characters that
practically screamed to tell their
story. I'm happy to say that)without
saying too much), that we got what we needed/wanted and a bit more. Sorin
and Thalia were always meant to be
endgame, it just took them longer to get
there. Lovveeddd it.

Solid story, poorly written

I think this was a really great way to wrap up this series. Focusing on Thalia and Sorin helping the Blood Kingdom by infiltrating a human king's competition for a Starblessed bride. Thalia poses as a competitor to gain access to the king, and hopefully his secrets.

Sorin can't help but follow when he goes in Evren's stead as representative of the Blood Kingdom. Playing a dangerous game of politics and deception, Thalia and Sorin have their work cut out for them. Watching them work together and realize what's been right in front of them was a great way to leave this world.

will miss these characters

To say I'm obsessed with this world would be an understatement. I was so excited when Holly Renee announced that we would be getting Thalia and Sorins story and it did not disappoint! This book was so amazing, I couldn't put it down. I loved seeing their relationship blossom and the tension and desire between them. This book had an amazing plot. I am sad to see this fantasy world come to an end but I loved reading this series.
