Esta trilogía la termine mas bien como por obligación.

I really enjoyed this book. It brought together a great ending to such a beautiful love story. A love so strong that not even Heaven could deny it. It brought back old characters I'd missed and sprinkled new ones throughout. It even let us see a new side to some of the strongest characters in the series. It definitely contained it all: action, fear, pain, beauty, and of course faith, hope, and love.

Overall: entertaining and good wrap-up to the trilogy

So I finished this book... I was a little bit skeptical at first but I ended up really enjoying it! The book didn't have one big climax, but it had 3 or 4 small 'hold-your-breath' moments... Not sure if I like that better or not.

***Spoilers***
I wish Beth was able to keep her wings... Even though it was kind if the only way for things to work out, I was still disappointed that she had to give them up.

Conclusion: 4/5

I have NEVER been so happy to have a book/book series behind me. It is 100% safe to say that these books are the worst I've ever read. I literally have nothing good to say about them. The characters are entirely two-dimensional and without personality. Adornetto is trying to write this passionate and dramatic love story between Bethany and Xavier, and it just seemed waaaay too simple and naive for me. I could never figure out why they were even attracted to each other in the first place. There were also some pretty ridiculous plot holes in Heaven that made me pretty frustrated. I don't know how these books got published! This girl should NOT be allowed to write any more books without some serious help!

I will admit, it's been a while since I read this, but my strongest memory of this series was the let down of this final book. It seemed like the previous books had such a build up for the possibility of them getting to Heaven in the end. What would happen? Good things? Bad things? And it just felt... too nice. Too easy. This could also be a simple personal craving for massive conflicts--give me an explosive ending to a good series, something to make me super angry (in that oddly satisfying way) this was the last book. My friend said she loved this ending though, so, eh, to each their own.

so many plot points in this book were almost entirely irrelevant, including but not limited to:
1. the girls that show interest in xavier, particularly peyton
2. beth and xavier needing to masquerade as siblings??? ur literally kidding
3. molly and wade*
4. xavier being a halfling

(by irrelevant i mean that they contributed very little if not nothing at all to the overarching plot of beth and xavier’s love story)

*why did molly being in an abusive relationship need to be treated like it was a joke? it sucks that molly gets treated like a pet at best and a nuisance at worst :( my best girl friends are fr my lifeblood, it sucks to see the “best friend” character get treated so badly

also… maturing is realizing that gabriel is the hunkiest of them all no matter what

also x2 … WHERE THE FUCK IS PHANTOM IN ALL OF THIS???? AND WHY ISNT BETH CONSTANTLY THINKING ABT HIM???????

Sırf seriyi tamamlamak ve aradan çıkarmak için okudum.
Tamamen zaman kaybıydı bence...
