I couldn't get enough of the characters in this book. Hot, steamy and definitely not safe for work. This anthology pulls you in and you don't want to put it down. I would highly recommend this book set to anyone looking for a romantic and naughty escape.

Until I Fall - Claudia Burgoa

Aspen has been mourning so long that she has closed her self off to really feeling and now has a chance to live again with the help of Anderson Hawkins who is going through his own issues. I really enjoyed the characters especially how they had some true raw emotions which made you really connect with them. This story isn't really just about Aspen and Hawke but also those around them that are touched by what is or has happened to them. I felt it really showed how when you lose someone close to you it an take lot of time to try an move on and without the help of friends and family it can be a lot harder. There were some good lol, watery eyes and tense moments that balanced the book.

The premiese of the story already had me interested from the start. Happily ever after don't worry I still Hate you is a fantastic story. Perrie and Ashley what a predomicamet to be in right. I really enjoyed this book as there was plenty of action and heated moments. Moments which were unexpected as well as some matches.

I was given ARC of Happily Ever After, Don't Worry I Still Hate You by Marie Skye in exchange for a review.

"What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." Perrie kept this moniker in her mind while attending a bachelorette party. A coworker convinced her to try out a hookup app. The first twist in Happily Ever After, Don't Worry I Still Hate You is brought into play when Marie Skye has Perrie hooking up with Ash. The pair had a past relationship that fell apart because of secrets that Ash had failed to divulge. After Perrie's one night stand, she posted an ad for a roommate. After screening through applicants, she was overjoyed to find Ashley. Perrie goes on a visit to her family. Two weeks later, she gets a major shock when she sees a naked Ash standing in her kitchen. She tries to keep him at a distance, but something has Ash actively pursuing her.

Appreciation of Skye's ability to write the emotions of Ash and Pierre are definitely worth noting. Each chapter is labeled with the view that I was looking through. I have to side with Ash's perception being logical and his actions being reasonable. Pierre was an emotionally reactive character with major abandonment issues. This story is worth a 5-star rating. The well-developed characters, believable interactions, and light comedy made this a quick read for me but also a book that I couldn't help reading more than once. I caution against younger readers because of the explicit scenes and profanity. The backstory of the characters is tied in with how each character is feeling from the current situation they are facing.

I read Don’t Worry, I Still Hate You by Marie Skye in the Happily Ever After Collection. This enemies-to-roommates-to-lovers romance will have you giggling the whole time.

Perrie and Ash have a past that I felt like I was missing something but I was intrigued to see where this story would go. And I’m glad I stuck with them. All the emotions that I love about romances were in this short story - the love/hate bantering, disappointed understandings, and how you cry because of how everything worked out.

I can't wait to check out other stories in this boxset.

This is a box set of romances with feisty women and handsome men, there are flings, forbidden romances, enemies turning to friends, second chances and comedy galore, but the one I enjoyed most was “Don’t Worry, I Still Hate You” by Marie Skye where Perrie is looking for a way out of a hen weekend in Las Vegas, but to no avail and she ends up going, even though it is someone she isn’t really that fond of, so to distract herself she is writing the advert for the roommate she is in need of, but she is getting distracted by her friend talking about a new app she has downloaded and signed her up for too, safe to say that she is not impressed! All the talk about sex is embarassing her, but only because she isn’t getting any and has managed to kind of organise it with someone she isn’t keen on, but after 3 years, anything is better than nothing and when she gets a match on her app later on, it happens to be someone she knows, Ash and someone who knows how good they look and that most women would fall over themselves to get it on with a guy like him.

When he comes over to talk to her later, Perrie does her best to avoid conversation, even though he is trying so she makes up her mind and walks away. Later on, Perries leaves the party and goes back to her room, but cannot sleep, she keeps on thinking about how good Ash looked and when she matches with someone who sent a video too, she decides it is only sex and to go for it. Ash is in the middle of a business video call when there is a knock at his door and he sees Perrie but he has no idea why and when she mentions a dance party, he is even more confused, but when she says she was glad it was him, he decides to play along and that is where the night gets passionate. Perrie leaves his room and sneaks back to her own room while trying not to wake the others, but her friend is awake and she wants the gossip, , but PErrie is being tight lipped because everyone knows what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.

Almost a year later, Perrie has been through two roommates and is rejigging the advert for a third, but she is only getting weirdo’s and addicts until she gets a message from Ashley who seems to be everything she wanted in the advert and so agrees to send over the lease and that the keys will be waiting as she won’t be there that weekend, but two weeks later, she arrives home late and goes straight to her room to crash out, but a few hours later, she is woken up by really loud music and so goes into the kitchen to prepare a pot of coffee and say hi to her new roommate, but when they come out of their room, Perrie is in for a shock when she realises that it is the man from Vegas, but this is going to be the least of her worries.

The other tales cover everything a die hard romance reader would love to read and I would definitely recommend them, so go fill your boots with this compendium of stories and let the hopeless romantic in you out.

I pre-ordered this collection months ago and have been anticipating the moment it would arrive and I would finally be able to jump in.
It is always wonderful to read stories from authors you know and love- but the bonus here is that I was introduced to some authors who are new to me, and got the chance to see what they do, too. So now I have some more authors to add to my list and lots of waiting catalogues of books for me to one-click and explore.
One of my favourite authors, Marie Skye, has contributed to this collection with “Don’t Worry, I Still Hate You”. It is a sexy romp full of the humorous touches, banter, witty sarcasm, and steamy encounters that I love about her work. I really enjoyed meeting Perrie and Ash- and only wish their story was longer, but in a good way- as I would to have wallowed longer with them.

As you can see there is plenty to love about this collection- so grab yourself a copy and discover all the delicious details for yourself.

Thank-you to all the other contributing authors!

Don’t Worry, I Still Hate You is a quirky romance by Marie Skye. This was my first time reading an of this author’s work so I was unsure what to expect from this book.
I will admit that it took me a bit to get into this book. I was quite confused at the beginning and not exactly sure what was going on. I wondered if there had been a previous book that I should have read first. Once I got into the story and got a grip of what was happening I did enjoy the book.
I usually fall head over heels for the main characters in a book but I really didn’t take to Ash or Perrie at the beginning, probably due to the fact that I was unsure what was going on. Once I got to grips with the storyline, I began to like these characters more and more.
Overall, I did enjoy the book and would still recommend it to others. If you find it a bit hard going in the beginning then persevere with it because it is worth it in the end.
