Thoughts

I am happy to say I have finally read a Morris thriller!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this one. I always love when thrillers incorporate real life issues into the story and make it unique. Books like The Violin Conspiracy, The Last Housewife, Monday's Not Coming, and When No One Was Watching come to mind. This book and these others gives us a thriller with depth and scenarios that we don't have to suspend belief for unfortunately.

As each piece of this was unfolding I was even more hooked. Impatiently waiting to find out what happened.

Now I cannot wait to read more because her note at the end made me excited to pick up all of her books.

This book beautifully balanced so many subplots and themes. The author does a great job at drawing you into these characters. Readers are rooting for the protagonist to not only solve the mystery, but to also find her own personal resolution. You learn to love her family as much as she does.
