This book had a lot of words that didn't say much. While I feel that the foundational concepts were good and important for improved working conditions, the book was insanely repetitive and lacking in actionable advice. I also found the corporate jargon (acronyms, initialisms, alliterations, etc) so corny.

The author also really loved to plug her own books, programs, and website whenever possible and only included quotes from leaders who claimed her programs changed lives. It gave off real cult vibes.
