it’s alright short stories that are mostly interesting in how you can see how he was learning how to write in his style before it was fully formed - but he’s always had a voice (tm)
a compilation of terry pratchett's earlier work, some only recently uncovered, beautifully read by a cast of narrators including david tennant and rhianna pratchett.
as with all short story collections, some were more my taste, some less. in any case, all had a level of satire and/or whimsy to them, and while i get those who recommend reading this after his novels, i actually like knowing where he came from *before* delving into discworld & co and appreciating the writer he's become.
