At no point did I know what was going to be said or done throughout this entire book. I had my theories, and they were all wrong/and somehow still came to pass in a different way than I expected. Truly just a wild ride.

Feels like a Hallmark with spice. Not well written; very tell not show. The characters are not well developed and the romance is built in nothing. Yet it's very readable and I wanted to know how the mystery/crime angle would resolve.
