Yeah the first third of the book was fun in a goofy cheesy way, so that kept me intrigued. I was into how over the top and cringe it was, a bit. But after they established a relationship and the rest of the book was one miscommunication after another... it just fell off to me. Overall didn't really like it.

The characters were kinda boring, but I love a good time travelling character. Seeing our world through history’s eyes is always fun, and the MMC had great golden retriever energy.
