Oh my gosh, where to start.... The plot was amazing, and characters were well developed with backgrounds and everything. The world was built perfectly with action, adventure, and well chaos at times. The author really knew what she was doing writing this book. Hands down the best book I've read so far this year without a doubt.

Fawn has been through hell and back with her curse and the effect it has on her and those around her. The guild she builds is beautiful and strong. The friendships she has built may have come and gone, but she stays strong through it all. Always so kind and trusting and harsh and tough when needed to be.

Then everything changes when five hexed mages show up unannounced in her office and turn her world upside down. Bringing with them a burden and orders from a world she left behind. Those five men bring the drama, action, and plenty of spice.

I couldn’t put this book down to save my life, I may have lost many hours of sleep reading, but it was sooo worth it. Definitely recommend this to everyone. It was my first Mage based read, and I loved every single sentence the pages had to offer me.

A great start to a new series

I’m a huge fan of Lyra Winters, and this book just continues that.

This book will break your heart with all the MCs’ past memories and stories of how they got to where they are now.

It’s also exciting and I’m loving watching them all fall in love. I can’t wait to see how it all grows and where this threat will take them.

Fawn-ing over Fawn!!

Lyra Winters has knocked it out of the park with the launch of her new series! Fawn, our immortal FMC, is a refreshing change, saving the guys instead of being saved, all while juggling world-saving and everyday life. The male characters are uniquely crafted, avoiding the usual reverse harem blend, and despite their imperfections, they are impossible not to love. Lyra skillfully weaves world-building, spice, and pacing into a perfect tapestry of a book. I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment of this enticing love story!

OMG! I first found Lyra because of FHA and absolutely fell head over heels for that series. Cordially Hexed has now proved to me that she cannot write a bad series. Fawn is absolutely a badass and all of the guys make you feel and fall in love with them in such different ways. Even Silas. I loved this plot line and cannot wait for the rest of the series to come out. I will be waiting very much impatiently!

Love Fawn & the guys

What an enjoyable start to this series! Fawn is a great character with lots of baggage sadly. The guys are all pretty awesome. The twins have insta-love with Fawn and are willing to get rid of any problems for her, which is sweet. Aimon and Bastian are just so adorably sweet and they're going the friends to lovers route. Silas is the hold out - who ends up learning some hard lessons. The story is intriguing and things are brewing in this world that will require all 6 of the characters help. Looking forward to officially meeting the villain and seeing where this is going.

This was such a cute book. I think this was my first based around adventure guilds and it was quite fun and a great way to branch out from my usual tropes!

Fawn is our FMC who is blessed - sorry, cursed, with immortality. After living for a few centuries, she doesn’t see the plus side of her long life, just the negatives. She is the master at her empires one and only adventure guild, and she does an excellent job.

In come Jasper, Casper, Aimon, Bastian, and Silas - the “shield” for a neighboring empire, which happens to be the empire Fawn was from and wants nothing to do with. Reasons why are explained on the book. Their emperor has tasked them with enlisting Fawn’s help at breaking hexes placed on them.

J & C are twins and they are immediately infatuated and obsessed with Fawn. They decide they want to be with her forever and set out to convince her it won’t be a bad thing.

Bastian was my favorite from the get-go. His shy demeanor just pulled at me.

Aimon is the caretaker of the group, and Fawn quickly realizes how beneficial he is to the group.

Silas is our grumpy one. But for good reason. Not being able to use his magic gives him a feeling of loss of control that he struggles to deal with.

The 6 of them get to know each other and start to fall for each other throughout the book, all while Fawn works to break their hexes, avoid assassination attempts, monster attacks, and running her guild. It’s an adventure. I mean, obviously. They’re a bunch of adventurer mages!

This does end on a slight cliffhanger, but I’m sure the story will continue right back up in the next book!

This was the first book I read by Lyra winter's and it was a great start. The female main character was great and didn't take any crap. Aimon and Silas are my favorite out of the five male mages. Who doesn’t love a man who knows his way around the kitchen and the way Silas got on her nerves and loyalty. I am looking forward to reading more about them. If you like mages, elements, magic, guilds, monsters, and why choose romance then this is a great quick read.
