I didn't realize this was the second I'm a series, but I didn't feel like I missed anything by not having read the first book. Maybe I'll feel differently if I do go back and read it. 🤷‍♂️ It was a good, unique story!

What a roller coaster! It took some time for me to get invested in this book but there was a certain point where I couldn’t get enough and was desperate to find time to keep reading! I still don’t know whether to like or dislike Kylie but there was definitely a very clear villain in this revenge story. This book is full of complicated relationships and complicated feelings and I’m here for it!

I had guessed the storyline a few chapters in but kept reading, there were plenty of twists and turns that I hadn’t guessed along the way! It wasn’t very fast paced, and didn’t grip my attention until the last 1/4 of the book - I couldn’t put it down then!! Surprisingly I found out when I finished that this was a sequel! I had no idea! I still enjoyed this story as a stand alone and not having read the first, and thought the ending was great!
