This book was a story about grief and how we process the death of someone close to us.
I was not prepared for the story to go how it was, mostly I was not expecting ghosts… I did not think this would be a “paranormal” story.
This book was sweet and I think brings up a conversation around grief. I enjoyed the portions talking about Charlie and Sam and their relationship. But I didn’t enjoy the romance portion of the book. I thought that the “insta-love” was a little too much for me.
also the fact that he slept with a ghost really bothers me
Reading this book makes me want to watch the movie!

I loved this book so much. I wasn't sure how I would feel about this book since I saw the movie before I read it. But I loved the movie, and though the book is different from the movie, I loved the book too. It was so touching about love, second chances, hope and death and had a great view of the part of death that no one knows about. Every sentence, every paragraph was beautiful and I just devoured this book. I would recommend it to anyone.

I can imagine that on another day, in another mood, I might not have liked this book so much, but as it was, I really enjoyed it.
Well written, and, once you suspend rational thought and get caught up in it, engaging

This book was a quick read and entertaining all the way to the end. The writing was quick and easy to follow. The characters had just the right amount of "build" without being overwhelmed by detail. Overall, and excellent book that I highly recommend.

I did NOT expect this book to have the plot twists that it did and I really enjoyed it. I had a hard time getting into it at first, but once I did I could not put it down. Super read!
