Felt a bit lackluster. The art is great, but they just come together, run around frantically for a few panels, find the OG guy, and reset things and we get a classic "The end?" ending.

absolutely loved this series - always hard to wrap up, but got so much out of the artwork and the storytelling - Jeff Lemire is one of my favourite working comic book writers & Andrea Sorrentino's art is beautiful, horrifying and evocative

Y llegamos al final de nuestra aventura. La verdad es que el final me ha resultado un tanto anticlimático y menos emocionante de lo que esperaba, por eso las 4 estrellas. Sin embargo, entiendo que era muy difícil intentar dar cierra a una historia como esta y no por eso deja de ser terriblemente entretenida.
Y llegamos al final de nuestra aventura. La verdad es que el final me ha resultado un tanto anticlimático y menos emocionante de lo que esperaba, por eso las 4 estrellas. I have to admit I was a little disappointed in the ending. The resolution was just too easy. It was too clean and neat and even with the plot twist/cliffhanger/setup at the end, it was lackluster. The stakes were continually raised and then the solution just didn't feel grand enough in the end.
The art was fantastic, the story, even despite the ending, was original and action packed. I have not turned pages like that in a long time.
Overall, the series is one of my favorites in recent years and I am hoping we may get something new in this universe from Lemire before long.
