While I liked this I still felt like I wanted more. Maybe more confrontation with Jason? LOVED the bar scene. I don't know, I was just left feeling like I wanted more.

Can I just tell you that 7 brothers is a whole lot of brothers. I LOVE how they all stand up together and stick up for each other. I love how if you mess with one you mess with them all. I love how they thought of Zoey like family for 20 years. I loved the twins for making their presence known where she stands with them.

Zoey is spunky and I loved her. She's a take no shit and don't stand down to anyone and that includes 6'5" inch guys (to her 5'2"). She wasn't dumb and didn't make stupid rash decisions.

Kaleb + Zoey + Gage = HOLY FORKIN' YUM!!!!

I also liked how Zoey said she wouldn't feel comfortable if it was anybody else because they were friends and she trusted them. TRUST is HUGE! She knew they wouldn't hurt her and they would take care of her.

Oh and holy cliffhanger batman! Seriously. Was not expecting that...AT ALL. NEED the 2nd book, PRONTO!

I give this book 5 HOT stars!!

Let me start out by saying that I had a hard time getting into this book, but at around 20% I was sucked in and couldn't stop reading!

Kaleb is a southern alpha man, you could stop right there and he would be swoon worthy, but of course Mrs. Edwards has to add him being totally sexy, and top that with some steamy hot menage sex and what do you get then? A panty melting, unputdownable read!!

Zoey was straight forward, and not scared to say how she felt. I really appreciate that in a female lead because so many times in these books we love the female character will beat around the bush or not speak her feelings out load so that the male lead will understand why she feels the way she feels.

Kaleb and Zoey together = Major Hotness and then you add in a dose of Kaleb's friend Gage. Holy WOW you get some HOT menage scenes. I am very excited that Kaleb and Zoey were able to get their HEA! I can't wait to hear more about their HEA in the upcoming books in this series!

4.5 Stars!! Loooove Nicole's books. This new series is wonderful. If you're a fan of her "Club Destiny" books, you'll love Kaleb. I loved that the characters from "Club Destiny" make appearances in this book as well. I'm eager for Zane's book next!

Absolutely loved it! Can't wait to read the other brothers!!!

DNF.

Friends to lovers is one of my favorite themes. I think it's partially the whole saintly "I will not touch him/her because the friendship is too important to me", which then gets obliterated when they can no longer hold back. It's also because by being such good friends first, they have insight into each other that someone brand new couldn't have. At the same time, they fumble with these new feelings because *this* part of the relationship is brand new... they have nothing to compare it to.

Anyway, Zoey and Kaleb have been best friends since forever. Through Zoey's senior prom. Through Zoey's marriage and subsequent divorce. Through Kaleb's near miss with a wench. They've never crossed the line into romance, but they've both secretly held more-than-friends feelings for each other for a really long time. Kaleb happens to overhear Zoey telling her best friend that of course she'd had fantasies about kissing Kaleb. Who hadn't? But that one overheard admission opens up a world of new possibilities. And Kaleb isn't about to let this opportunity pass by.

Zoey and Kaleb are on fire for each other once they give in to the feelings. Kaleb is very alpha male, but he's afraid his aggressive tendencies in bed will scare Zoey off. He finds, to his shock, that Zoey is up for anything he wants to take. Or give. Which includes menage with his best friend. One problem I had with that whole thing was
Spoilerwhy didn't Kaleb question -- even once, even briefly -- whether Zoey might have the same feelings for Gage as she has for him? She was completely gung ho about the whole thing -- more than once. Granted, there was fire when they were alone, but it just seemed logical for him to wonder
. It wasn't a big deal though.

It also seemed like there was a lack of any real conflict in the story. Lots of steamy sex, sometimes instigated by Zoey trying to run from Kaleb and her feelings for him, but lots. Which I'm not complaining about! But usually there's some kind of conflict they have to work through. Not so much here. Just lots of sexy times. And an underlying story about saving her family's land.

A little cliffhangery at the end, but not so bad that I'd die if I didn't read the next one right away. I *will* read the next one because I think I'm really going to enjoy watching the Walker brothers find their matches. And pretty sure I'll like the sexy times, too, lol. I kinda hope she finds an editor, or, if she has one, an additional editor. The issues weren't horrible, but noticeable to me. Enough to mention it. Then again, I'm picky.

HOT!

What a great opening book for the Alluring Indulgence series! I've heard many things about these books so I am super happy to finally start reading them.

Kaleb starts the series off. He's one of the older Walker brothers, there's seven of them! Yum.... The three oldest want to open a new resort, special invite only if you know what I mean, but they need to buy some more property owned by their next door neighbor, whom just happens to be the father of Kaleb's best friend, Zoey.

Zoey and Kaleb have been friends for years. They know everything about each other. Zoey even knows some of those sexual fantasy rumors about Kaleb are true...not that she experienced them herself though! Heaven forbid!

Well, at least until one night when she opens her big mouth telling her girlfriend Vanessa that she's fantasized about kissing Kaleb before and he happens to be standing right behind her! Chemistry sizzles from there!

They decide to become friends with benefits and hot and steamy doesn't even begin to describe their encounters! Zoey is way more into the dirty kinky stuff than Kaleb could have ever dreamed! So much so, she agrees to multiple menage scenes with Kaleb and his buddy Gage. Not that she wants a relationship with both, just a good time. Kaleb and Zoey quickly fall in love with each other since they already had feelings to begin with.

Wow...just wow. Super yummy scenes that don't ever seem to end! No complaints here!

Also, not that you have to read them ahead of time....but characters from the Club Destiny series, also by Nicole Edwards, make an appearance here, and I'm assuming they will in more too. So, now I definitely want to read those too!

4.5 stars. The ending almost gave me a heart attack and now I have to wait to read what happens. Also, when I finished with this one was when I realized it is apparently a spin off from another series. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed this book, it was seriously hot in a completely unexpected way because this is not the type of book I usually go for.

Ok. I was a little shocked with this book! I can’t necessarily reveal where my surprise came and what it was. This was the first book of Nicole Edwards’ I had ever read, so I think I was unprepared for what this book had in store for me.

This is the usual, but very unusual unrequited love story. Zoey and Kaleb have been best friends for over twenty years. They have loved, lusted and fantasized over one another secretly the entire time. The possibilities are endless once they finally start to let those feelings of love and lust fly with one another!

In the midst of their attraction, Kaleb and his brothers are trying to obtain some of Zoey’s land for their new resort they want to build in their small town. Finding away to mix business and pleasure is definitely something that these two need find away to combine successfully.

I have a lot to say about this book, but I do not want to put any spoilers in here, and I think if I mention too much, it will spoil many of the twists this book has in store.

**Disclaimer: This book is NOT for anyone under the age of 18!**

As the 2 stars suggest this was OK.

I heard about 50million times that they like each other but doesn't think the other likes them blah blah blah.

There was a lot of filler that had no real bearing on the story. So there was a lot of skimming.

There were one or two hot menage scenes.
