I love the book, so inspiring and empowering. Great story

Listened to this as an audiobook. Enjoyed it (especially Italy). it made me want to go to India and find myself haha.

I wanted to like this book and felt like I should, but I just couldn't get through it. Nothing about it or her story appealed to me in anyway.

Book clubber gushed that this book "changed her life." It didn't have quite the same effect on me but I did enjoy the story more as a travel piece than anything else.

Boring....I accidentally left the book on a plane and actually feel relieved since I no longer have to force myself to finish the book. It's just a very uninteresting rant. Not too many people have the opportunity or financial resources to take that much time away from real life and be so self-absorbed. I would be bored just outside of a week. I went through a divorce too and instead of just avoiding it all, I picked myself up, focused and finished medical school. Get over yourself...

Quite possibly the most perfect beach read, Elizabeth Gilbert seems like the ideal person you’d want to entertain you with stories about her life while sipping a frosty drink with your toes in the sand and contemplating what you’re going to have for dinner.
