Maybe more like 3.5 stars. Not as great as the rest of Brubaker’s run, but I do like seeing Bucky still figuring out how to balance his current Captain America life with his past as the Winter Soldier.

I read several reviews that says this spends too much time on Buckys last. Which is interesting because I think it’s the right amount. We really haven’t seen too much of Bucky dealing with what he went through until this point and it felt to me like this had all moved quickly anyways.
That being said, this isn’t really tied into the overall story, but more Bucky dealing with someone in his past and reconciling that with the future of him as Captain America.

This is so fantastic. I love the plots and the characters, how I love the characters. And the overall mood and the emotions and the conflicts and the art and everything about this. I'm so utterly grateful I was recommended this series.

This arc wasn't as interesting as the previous ones. I think that was partly due to the fact that it was stretched out over two issues more than the story needed, to be honest.

Still, I enjoyed Bucky's internal monologue. I loved seeing his closeness with Nat. I liked Namor's appearance - it's always a treat when he shows up.

I just think the arc didn't need this many issues.

More like 3 1/2 stars. This is the next step in Bucky's journey towards, not happiness because happiness and James Barnes don't really go together hand in hand but towards some kind of peace with himself, his past as Captain America side kick, his dark past as the Winter Soldier and his present as Captain America and the weight of Steve's legacy on his shoulders.

This is somewhat a transitional volume in between The Death arc and the Reborn arc but it stands on its own especially because of James' friendship, relationship with Natasha. Both Black Widow and Winter Soldier have baggage that weights them down and also push them forward to be make things better, often at the expense of their own lives.

This and Black Widow's 'The Name of the Rose' are good a good fit to read together.

It's great to see more of Bucky's past, and the interweaving of the WWII and Winter Soldier past missions is particularly good. However, the comic bookiness of the mad scientist detracts from the arc, and the gravitas is impaired by just not getting a very good sense of who Jim Hammond was. Natasha is also more a convenience than a character here.

Y Ed vuelve a lograrlo.
.
Tenemos a natasha...
salvandole el trasero a todos

Y tenemos a Namor.

So... tienen un plan estúpido.
