normális emberek akik szeretnek boldogok lenni erre biztos 5 csillagot adnának, de nekem nem volt benne elég sóvárgás és konfliktus

7/10 - all of the reviews for the book are fantastic, like the goodreads rating is off the chart, but tbh i’ve read significantly better rom coms, i’m not really an age gap girly to start with, idk why it bugs me but it bugs me, also having the girly be the grumpy of the grumpy sunshine trope wasn’t it for me, the girly was just whiny in my opinion, do i recommend this, maybe? esp bc it’s rated so high on goodreads but tbh it wasn’t for me

Pshhh OKAY ABBY - I put off reading your books WHY?!?!

Y'all I am hooked - and I am so mad at myself for not reading this book sooner. I actually felt the butterflies - I actually cried reading this book. It really moved me.

I kind of wish there was not as much negativity as there was in this book. Lots of talks of abuse (mental and physical) between different characters in the book. Toxic parents (on both sides). I could have used one less little "negative" side story...

BUT Abby can write the love in a way I've never read before! It was so sweet and poetic. I adored Daniel and how much he loved Alexis. I almost have tears in my eyes writing this review just thinking about it!! Ahhhh okay on to the next Abby book!

4.5/5 stars rounded up*
