I read this soo quickly, it was really good even though it was a bit cringe

This was okay…. What mostly put me off was the protagonist’s constant denigrating remarks about various parts of her own body. I would understand it is meant to show her low self-esteem if it was once or twice but every other page about how she wants to be skinny and should be skinny from both herself and her friends? Very excessive.

A bit more erotic than I was expecting, but also very enjoyable. Plenty of genuine laugh-out-loud moments!

Took me a bit to get into it from the way it's written - and I didn't go too much on Zara, she seems like she has major attachment issues.

Does get funnier and more relatable and love where she actually stood up for herself.

I'm a Glaswegian who will read anything based in Glasgow. That said this was a fun wee bit of erotic romance. The main character is flawed (and so is everyone else!) but she's aware of it and working on being better. She could really do with learning to set boundaries xo

Super easy read which I put down to knowing all the locations being from Glasgow myself. I understand the other reviews slating the grammar and how some of the context comes across but for a first time author who is speaking from her personal and friends experience it really is how most of us would be in this day and age.

jfc, where do i start? i’m actually ashamed to admit that i read the whole thing
