I was looking for a fun book to read on the week-end, but I got some more with The kiss quotient.
A heroin with Asperger's that was so endearing and that I could relate to, a good story, lots of fun, a little bit of angst but not too much, a hero who's mixed-race.
I absolutely enjoyed every second of it - there were some secrets but nothing over the top, only stuff that felt realistic. And such a lovely story ! I need to continue this series real soon.

Eh I guess I liked it.. listened tot he audiobook. I appreciate the representation of neurodivergence and autism. I did not appreciate how Stella felt infantilized , it felt just a little weird. I am glad she had some growth in the book, it was nice to see her at the end be empowered to not change herself over a bit and actually say no to Michael a few times as he tried to get her back. Speaking of Michael, I kind of found him annoying; I wish he experience more development towards the end. Unsure I’d recommend this book but it was an entertaining read. I also groaned when I realized that this book is a series bc I don’t know if I like it enough to continue but I feel curious enough to do so…

I love this author. I’m not a fan of romance novels, but I’m a fan of Helen Hoang. I can’t wait to read Quan’s love story.

Loved the diversity in this book! Stella has autism and has her quirks that made her, her and I really liked that. Michael was really patient with her and understanding, and I appreciated that. It's a fresh take on a romantic comedy and it's hard to find things that haven't been overdone in romance books, so 5 stars!

I added this on my TBR because everyone suggested that it was like Ali Hazelwood.
They share some similarities, but this is nothing like Ali and her soft hearted love stories about two smart people that enjoy being around eachother.
I also hated the unintelligent perspectives that each of the characters took just so the plot could have a third act breakup.
I think the author doesn't really understand men and just decided to go with 3 tropes in a trenchcoat.
