3.5 rounded down. This was better than the previous book in the series! I really enjoyed this one.

#princecaspian from the #chroniclesofnarnia by #cslewis. I’m really enjoying this trip down memory lane. More of the Talking Animals in this one.
“‘Susan. You have listened to fears, child,’ said Aslan. ‘Come, let me breathe on you. Forget them. Are you brave again?’
‘A little, Aslan,’ said Susan.”

I forgot about it, and then never found the time. And when I got back into reading two months ago I thought I’d already finished it.

This is a great follow up to the story of The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, following the Pevensie children on their second unexpected journey to Narnia. Themes of redemption are again reflected upon, this time on a grander scale related to whole populations of people.

Themes of devotion and faith are also explored, and as a Christian guy I find the metaphors of this story extremely compelling on this front.
