I listened to a radio drama production of this for the first time in college & loved it. This audio book listen was no different- eerie, engrossing, and intensely creepy.
After listening to some Podcasts / Audio Dramas (Shoutout to BBC Lovecraft Mysteries - that was excellent!) I decided to read some Lovecraft. Shadow over Innsmouth was the basis of one of the seasons, so it felt like a good a place as any. It was mysterious, creepy and a good intro into some just deep eerie horror. I'll read more before I cement whether Lovecraft is really a thing for me.
