Aarons perspectives gives me butterflies. Very short but still great. And the fact he literally knows her entire diary word for word?! Give me more of this version of Aaron. His father gives me the ick. Like, why does he choke him the whole time? And why does Aaron want him to choke hard enough one day? Bro, you have Juliette in your life (I want the story to go on).
Aaron is the best and that’s why I love this book so much.
Would recommend.

I am way too empathetic for this series, I don’t want to feel bad for Warner but show him enjoying a hot bath and feeding that stupid dog and I’m done for, my heart is already aching for him.

This is my second reread and I love the novellas, I like seeing the POVs of the other characters and getting to know them, and I’m also in the middle of another long book so it was a nice break.

I literally couldn’t put it down and I never usually get that feeling of NEEDING to read a book at any given moment, but even when I was busy I was listening to the audiobook.

I can’t wait to read the rest of the books again and for her new connected series too!

4.5⭐️

A very short read as it is a novella, but I like how it gives us an idea of why Warner is the way he is. I thought his character in the first book was a bit ridiculous and very much psychotic because he fell in love with Juliette after researching about her. But then, we see in this book that he sees himself so much in her that he feels connected (trauma bonded in a way). I still think he confused his connection to Juliette's experience as love

This really didn't need to be a novella.
It could've been a chapter in the book and that's it.
