Still 3 stars but I enjoyed this a ton more than the regular audiobook.
It helped a lot with me understanding what was happening or keeping the characters straight.
I still feel like overall I enjoyed it but it's not my favorite story but I do still plan to at least continue on with the next book. I am so glad I gave the graphic audio a try though and highly recommend that for anyone not connecting with the book

Although I've already read Red Rising, I was really looking forward to listening to the GraphicAudio version. Safe to say it didn't disappoint. I think that they have done such a fantastic job of bringing this story to life and the voice actors are generally exceptionally well suited to the characters that they play. The only exception to this is Roque, as I felt like they didn't capture his 'poetic' nature in his voice very well. Sevro's actor grew on me, although I was initially skeptical. I think that anyone who liked the book of this should take the time to listed to this version as they truly have done a spectacular job.
