I've been in a book funk of the worse kind. In all honesty I decided to read this book because it was one of the shorter books in my To Read list. I'm really happy about that because it was kind of exactly what I needed to start pulling me out of my book funk.

This book is different from the rest in the series, in a good way. Instead of romance and relationship drama, it's full of bromance and life threatening drama. You still get to see the love the boys have for their women, but what's most important is the strong relationship they form with each other. They become so close in such a short amount of time you just know they would do anything for each other. Which is definitely necessary for what they get themselves into.

As for Wade, I'm excited to see his story and see if he finally gets the girl.

Here’s the thing, I’ve loved every single one of Molly E. Lee’s books. I love how they’re different from most other romance books out there that I’ve been reading. I love that they’re equal parts action, adventure and romance. And it was no different with Edge of Brotherhood. Especially considering it brought together all the people I’ve come to love from the previous books. I mean, who wouldn’t want to read a story about four hot guys going on an Indiana Jones-style adventure together to discover a long lost mythical city? Personally, I was all over that.

The thing about Edge of Brotherhood is that it was a little different from the previous books in the series. There wasn’t as much of a focus on the romance. Sure it was still there, especially where Rain and Easton were concerned, but it wasn’t the primary focus of the story. Instead, it was all about the bromance between Dash, Easton, Connell and Wade. And I’m not going to lie, I loved every second of it. I loved seeing these guys come together, united towards a common purpose. And not only that, it also introduced me to Wade Roberts and I honestly cannot wait to find out more about him in a future book.

In case it wasn’t obvious, I loved Edge of Brotherhood. It was a different story set in a world I’ve come to love with characters I pretty much adore. Seriously, how could I have possibly not like this book?

The "Love on the Edge" series by Molly E. Lee is full of adventure, thrill and lots of adrenaline. Molly took us storm chasing twice in Oklahoma, treasure hunting in Israel and deep sea diving in the Bahamas. This time, she takes us on an even bigger adventure: we are about to discover the Amazon rainforest. And not only Easton will be there. Dash, Connell and the girls are on board too! Yes! You read correctly! All the guys in one novel! How cool is that? But it gets even better: Molly introduces us to a new man on the edge. Wade is a stuntman and this adventure will be his and the guys' biggest yet.

One of the most exciting things about Molly's novels are the actual stories behind the stories. There is no doubt that I like all of her books but East of Redemption and now Edge of Brotherhood are a tad more fascinating to me than the others. Of course, storm chasing and deep sea diving are thrilling and awesome too, but there is something about the real places or rumored real places in those novels. I think it's great that Molly took it upon herself to "discover" those places in her books although they haven't been discovered in real life yet.
However, the adventure side of the story as well as the exploration of Paititi was too short for me. The characters only explored the site for three chapters tops, the rest of the time they had to deal with other stuff.

Edge of Brotherhood is a nice book you should all read, especially if you've read the previous books.

Absolute perfection is how I would describe this story. Molly is a genius, plain and simple. I've loved all of the books in the Love on the Edge series. Each guy is unique and has their own skill set along with an awesome woman by their side. Now, to bring them all together on this adventure is just... wow. The setting is described in such great detail that you feel like you are right there with the characters as everything is happening. Molly has an incredible talent with words and painting the picture for the reader. It's really amazing how she's able to do that. I finished the book a little while ago and my mind is still reeling from everything that happened. You've got sassy and strong females, alpha males who will do anything for their women and each other, danger, excitement, suspense, mystery, and the twist that you will never see coming. Absolutely amazing. This will without a doubt go down as one of my top reads for this year, maybe even ever. Wade is going to the top of my list of favorite book boyfriends. He's funny, sarcastic, and has a skill set a mile long! I really enjoyed his addition to the E.D.G.E men and what they have to offer.
