Like in the other books in the series, it's just enough creepy to make you shiver and laugh! Love seeing the nods in the illustrations to the other two books.
Just read aloud the egalley with a 3rd grade class & they absolutely LOVED it!! Especially the nods to the first two books. This one is another title in the Jasper Rabbit Creepy series sure to be a hit with kids!
Aaron Reynolds delivers a hilarious hit again with Creepy Crayon! Jasper Rabbit finds a lonely crayon on the street one day. It turns out to have a mind of it's own! The crayon pops up everywhere and starts to change Jasper's bad grades good. Although this seems nice at first, the crayon will not be ignored by Jasper as he tries to get rid of it, only to have it return again and again. Will he ever escape the creepy crayon?
My five year old daughter and I had a wonderful time reading this book together. She laughed and gasped at all the right spots and in the end asked me to get her all of the other books in this series. If you do like the other two books, you will like this one just as much!

Now I usually don’t count children’s books - but I read this one on my own. It had an original humanity vibe. Loved it.
