it was alrighttttt.

1. This being labeled as a standalone is kind of wack. Like yes, technically it could be, but not having context to the other characters is just weird.

2. Tbh, I didn’t think Cecy & Jeremy’s relationship/feelings for each other were believable enough. Idk. Sometimes I really liked it and other times I felt meh about it.

I still had fun tho

📚 God of Wrath by Rina Kent

✨️ Another banger by Rina Kent. It was so interesting to see how Cecily and Jeremy ended up together. I always love seeing a man be possessive over a girl he "doesn't even like". And watching Cecily come out of her shell and explore her sexuality despite her past was fascinating. This series has me hooked.
