The main dog doesn’t die but some do. Not a fan of that. Entirely underwhelming. It’s like if In the Tall Grass by Stephen King and The Ruins by Scott Smith had a really lame younger cousin who was trying to be like them. At least be consistent with whether or not the phone is going to show the zombie poltergeist ghosts. Yes. You read that right zombie poltergeist ghosts. It’s like the author couldn’t decide on what she wanted to the malevolence to be and just mixed up them all. It’s just… lame. The writing so… blah. It starts off with us knowing they’re all dead. Ch 1. It would’ve been better if I didn’t know that.
