I really enjoyed this book. I learned a lot about Islam and I loved the way it was structured. I also really resonated with some aspects, particularly the chapter on Yusuf. The emotional landscape felt very similar to me about moving far from loved ones, then moving a lot so having short term friends when very young. It was a pleasure to read and gave me things to ponder

So much of this was so wonderful. From the first chapter my heart was captured. Maybe by the final few chapters either I was tired or Lamya was tired but I felt like I was learning less. But still great!!
