This concept for this book is amazing and I honestly believe lots of people will love this! However, I have found it’s not for me. I may go back and read again at a later date and maybe my personal opinion will change.
The characters were wonderfully created with intriguing backstories. The plot was well thought out - if not a little dragged out. Yet somehow the book also felt a bit rushed. Some sections were longer than necessary, others short and fast.
I wasn’t pulled to keep reading or wanting to pick it up again as soon as I could to finish it. Rather, at times I didn’t want to pick it up again. The pull and excitement just wasn’t there for me.
In my personal opinion it was just okay. As I DNFed the book I am giving it 1 star.
This book, however, is one I believe many who enjoy fantasy, fae, and Romeo and Juliet retellings, will immensely enjoy. It just wasn’t for me personally.

I wanted to love it. I did!

I loved the characters and I loved the world, I just felt like I couldn’t keep up with the fast pace everything moved in the book.

However I really love a slow burn and this book was off before I finished the first few chapters.

Even though it was a fast paced book Elyana R. Gallea and Daniela A. Mera have done an amazing job building a world filled with beautiful characters

If you love a good fantasy book and something that’s fast paced and filled with action and romance then this is really the book for you!

i am so grateful to have received an Arc copy of this and I really enjoyed this book.

I really was taken with elva, and once I got about 1/4 way in, I ended up devouring it.

I do maybe wish there was a little more explanation as far as the layout of the courts and such. But I didn’t mind this overall.

I would def recommend giving this one a read.

Update: I have not stopped thinking about this books since I finished it. I just want to update and say it deserves my 5 star review because I can’t stop.

Dual POV. No spice. Slow burn but good story! The main characters are so sweet and good for each other. I really enjoyed it.

It was alright. I felt like it was a bit rushed and I just didn’t feel the connection of the MCs like I wish I would have. Something was missing for me.

I enjoyed Nate and Elva's story. Coming from opposite fae courts- winter and summer, they should've never met. But once they did they were instantly drawn to each other. I enjoyed reading about all the trials they went through to be together and fight against the injustices occurring in the winter court.
