Honestly, I really liked this book my only problem was with Lachlan. All he did was sexually objectify her, broke her heart several times and was very selfish. He for sure did not deserve her. The most all of the problem just bow down to him. I feel if he was a better boyfriend, I for sure would have given this book a five star, but Elena was a queen I loved her with everything I had in me and she’s definitely going to be one of my favorite leads. I’m taking note of her name.
Just keep Lachlan far away from me cause I’ll end him

I honestly wasn't sure whether I was going to like this one or not. Lachlan was a shoe in. I knew I was going to adore the tall dark and brooding bear (and boy did I EVER! His hunger and filthy mouth were so freakin' hot) but I wasn't convinced I'd be won over by our resident bully, Ms. Thing.
Except I was.
More steam than usual in this book, but I was here for it. They just couldn't get enough of each other. But once you pealed back the layers and got to their vulnerable underbellies, you couldn't help but want for them to make it.
The bully becoming the bullied was a great twist. A painful lesson for someone who hadn't given much thought to the consequences of her actions. Her growth and character ARC was a beautiful thing to watch and at some points I wanted to smack Lock in the head with a book for being such a dope.
This love story went down in a blaze of sex and glory and I was totally here for it. One for the ages. And I'll be snagging a paperback for my shelf, because Lock is just too schmexy not to come home with me!

nah, I didn't like the way Lock played her TWICE. She may have forgiven him, but I didn't.
DNF @ 45% the male audiobook narrator drove me crazy (in a bad way) and usually I’m a big fan of Julia’s books but this fell flat for me

This was incredible. I've loved this entire series and the Savage Crew (where you might remember the FMC from) and FMC's like Elena are some of my faves, they don't have walls up, they have barbs and they might seem like ice queens but they are so soft inside. I absolutely adored the relationship between Lachlan and Elena. I think I felt just about every emotion I'm capable of with this and I'm really glad I took my time with it and savoured it because Julia Wolf is a fantastic author and every book she brings out cements that fact for me. Honestly couldn't give this any less than 5 stars. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.
After reading first two books in the Savage U #3 Series, I've been dying to know more about Elena.
I read this book in one day! It was completely mesmerizing from beginning to end, it grabbed me and wouldn't let go.
Lachlan is mostly a sweet guy, he runs to help a girl out, and most importantly, he makes Elena feel safe.
She's a bit broken inside because she'd been hurt. But no, she'd never let the world know this. She's known as an ice queen, a poison!
Only a few people knew that she'd go to the end of the world for the people she loved.
But with Laclan she tought about today and not about yesterday. With Lachlan she could get loose. With Lachlan she could imagine her future.
Their story is a bumpy one, simply because sometimes man act silly, but with a perfect ending!
Also, I can't wait for Julien and Sera's story...

It's unexpected but I really liked it. Especially the FMC. Give me more girls like that please. The MMC... not so much. His reasons were bad, the 3rd act break-up was completely dumb. I almost wish for Elena to be with Julien.
The MMC giving her different names but hers was annoying as fuck. That was kinda funny at first but come on.

Literally going down as one of my top reads of 2024 now! And yes I know we’re only a few weeks away…
