The book is easy to read and fast pace and was overall enjoyable.
However, I felt like reading about teenagers being together et breaking up/fighting every 10 pages.
Emily felt like a petulant child who got angry for nothing and the second Jameson was there/touched her everything was fine and she was sooooo in love (yes sex is THE solution for everything). Also how many black dress does she have?
Jameson anger issues were also kind of childish andthe part where he goes to see his ex?-fiancé to definitively break up? Like what? It was something I did not expected so that is great but what is this weird situation… Also that is the reason he stayed away/did not want to be official with Emily? I’m still a bit confused and frustrated about that.

DNF at 38% — There’s fun toxic, then there’s cringe toxic. I didn’t connect with anyone, nor did I enjoy the ‘banter,’ if you even want to call it that. I can’t imagine this series gets better so I’m disappointed to say the least.

I had such high hopes for this but all they did was argue and have sex then argue and have sex. The plot was so weak. I won't be continuing with this series.
Jameson Miles in the quintessential billionaire. He is rough around the edges, but with the right woman, he is a protective teddy bear. Emily was perfect for him. I loved that she brought him out of the darkness that was consuming him and gave him something to love and cherish.
