A little slow at times, but really picks up at the very end. Loved the humanness and bureaucracy the invisible man runs into as an invisible being. Can definitely see how this majorly influenced the science fiction genre, particularly in incorporating mystical elements into the mundane. And it's funny!

Not my favorite, but it was alright. The occasional switching of POV from first to third person was a little jarring. Probably the last 30% of the book is where it really takes off. The first 70% feels like a very long, very dry set up. 

Favorite line: “No one spoke. Everyone shouted.”
