I cannot believe I waited so long to read this, it was brilliant.
Full of gothic brooding and creepy foreboding, the story is just so good. The characters are all deeply flawed in their own beautiful way and the ending is so abrupt it leaves you wanting more. The twists and turns throughout were such a masterclass that I was gripped.
I wish I had read this earlier. I cannot wait to read it again.

A haunting and mysterious gothic romance. Loved the prose. And the story was tense and gripping. I felt the ending was too abrupt and wish there was a little more explaination but it was still a really good story.
