There is a 2 years time jump and I would have appreciated more of the part before that.

This was a super cute novella! Dean and Holly get stuck in the elevator and it turns out to be the best thing to happen to them. They go from being competitive coworkers to lovers! The original novella was only 30 pages long so I am glad it was updated! It was sweet to see Dean bring back the joy of the holidays for holly! He was so swoon worthy with all the planning he

I first read the short story last year, but Corinne Michaels took that short and expanded it into a novella, and I love how she expanded it!
Dean and Holly work together, and often compete for the same accounts. Shortly before Christmas, they are getting ready to pitch against each other, and end up stuck in an elevator together. This happens shortly after a little rendezvous a few weeks earlier. While stuck there, they discover that they may both have feelings for each other.
In this expanded version, we get to see where Dean and Holly are two years later. And there have been many changes.
I loved this! It was so cute, and perfect to get me in the holiday spirit!!

Debo comenzar diciendo que no se si debía leer un libro antes o no. Solo sé que este libro tiene una adaptación por Passionflix, si no me equivoco.
Primero que nada, debo decir que las 3.5 ⭐️ que le he dado al libro, son porque sentí que le falto algo más, lo sentí todo muy rápido, si comprendo que es un libro corto, pero simplemente así lo sentí yo.
Esto no significa que no me gustara, porque si me gustaros algunos detalles, así que probablemente lo leería en otra ocasión.
Holly y Dean, son compañeros de trabajo y "rivales", después de una noche donde la química de ellos explota, todo al siguiente día es como si no hubiera pasado, Holly hubiera deseado que Dean no la ignorara, pero todo cambien semanas después, cuando deben de presentar una propuesta a su jefe.
Un ascensor y confesiones por parte de Dean, hace que todo para Holly vuelva a ser algo maravillo y logra que de nuevo despierte su espíritu navideño.
Es una historia super rápida y fácil de leer, siento que no se pierde el hilo, pero a la vez me hubiera gustado que la autora desarrollara un poco más la historia de este par.
Si gustas dale una oportunidad, no se guíen por malos comentarios, uno siempre debe tener su propio comentario con respecto a lo que se lee.

This was so cute & I love that it picked up in the middle of their love story. Dean made Christmas so special for Holly after a few bad years & somehow this novella packed in the heart & the steam in less than 100 pages.
