OH. MY. GOD.

I've never read a book where I've openly gasped or exclaimed. I've read many books. Like never. The roller coaster ride I took with this book was uh may zing. I legit can't with this book and it's the first time I've ever read any of Kiersten's books. I'm hooked.

2.5 - It was a super quick read and full of twists. But it was more like the author put a bunch of twist ideas in a hat, shook it up, and picked a few at random and tried to make them work.

The way my jaw dropped with that final chapter... I LOVED that ending. The book was fast paced and I had a great time with it

Oh did I enjoy this messy little book! The characters became more deplorable the more I read along. I like how the author kept dropping little nuggets as each chapter unfolded. This book is juicy and my mouth stayed gaped open to the ground!! I highly recommend this it was a quick read and highly entertaining

Bingeable fun time, The Arrangement aims low, but accomplishes exactly what it sets out to do: cramming as many thriller 'failing heterosexual marriage' tropes as possible into a compact length, and a decently compelling one at that. I appreciate its brevity (not trying to drag things out into a typical 300+ page length), and the assembly of reveals hit the intended impact in most cases (though there are still a few the make my eyes roll at their contrivance). I got strong My Lovely Wife vibe while reading this, so if you're a fan of the Samantha Downing novel, I think you'll easily enjoy this one as well.

Both The Arrangement and The Housemaid are two Kindle Unlimited thriller titles that made a splash online, and I can see why — both have a standard, yet always enticing premise, and can be finished without much mental/time commitment — fast food fiction at its best.
