There was no reason for Casey to include "joke" about waterboarding or to include line about Israel.
Israel is an an apartheid state. They should be criticized not included in rom-com that just further normalizes them.

I loved everything about this book. The chemistry. The politics. The international relations. The romance. All of it. I want to reread it whenever I'm feeling sad (& I want it to actually happen).

This was book #25 for Romanceopoly 2020.

Pack: Moon
Square:Post Office
Challenge: Read an epistolary romance

This book started very slowly for me, and I almost gave up after the first few chapters. However, I'm so glad that I didn't. This was my first M-M romance and it was wonderful. These characters are thoroughly enjoyable to spend time with. There are elements of the overall story that I believe are overhyped but my knowledge of British royalty might affect that opinion. Regardless I would highly recommend this book for anyone.
